Terms and Conditions

Payment & Late Fees:
Payment is due upon receipt, with a 10-day grace period. On day 11, a $25 late fee will apply, plus $5 per day until paid in full. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may result in service suspension. After 60 days, accounts are subject to formal collection with customer being responsible for all associated costs, including legal, court, and agency fees.

Returned checks will incur a $30 NSF fee plus applicable late fees.

Estimates & Warranty:
Estimates are valid for 10 days and reflect current labor, material, and code requirements. Permit fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Workmanship carries a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty is void if the balance is unpaid or if work is completed by others. Fixtures/materials carry a manufacturer warranty; customer is responsible for warranty registration. We are not liable for existing conditions or customer-supplied materials.
